I was contacted on 2/27/2024 my this Civil Arbitration Services and they said I had a old outstanding balance with Ace cash express and if I didn't settle the debt that day a officer would be send to my job and the knew where I worked and said I would be served papers. So I spoke to the man he asked for $754.38 I told him I have 7 kids sir I don't have that type of money. I could do $300.00. He put me me on hold and agree to the amount took the payment. We agreed on the date for my second payment for 3/20/24. On 3/20/24 I was contacted what it sounded like the same company said it was in reference to Ace cash express and I said I've already spoken to someone on this and even made a payment they said they had nothing on file. I refused to complete with call and shortly later I was contacted by Civil arbitration, and I informed them of what happened. He said no one else should be contacting me. I informed him I never received email documentation over the matter if I could get that I want to investigated this now I'm feeling like I'm being scammed. He said ok defently I will email you this and when you get the email we can talk after and complete that payment. It took them several attempts for them to email me anything they apologize saying the email was incorrect. The phone number that call is from a unknown number. Sent a picture to my husband of the paper and he said to contact ScamPulse.com something didn't seem right.
