Received a phone call from an unknown number and did not answer. They did not leave a message for me but a Monica Black left messages with my husband and father about documents that would be sent and I had 24 hours to sign and return them or call to reschedule. I called and asked for Monica Black and they said that there was no one by that name then asked me for my “file number”. They asked me my name (which they had my maiden name) and asked me to verify my social and birthdate. I refused without knowing what the call was about and they refused to give me any information. I asked for their website, they said they did not have one. I asked for their address and they would only give me “Amerillo area”. They told me that if I did not verify who I was or signed for the paperwork that would be coming the next day then they would take that as a refusal and that they will proceed with with further action and then hung up on me. I will not sign for anything if it ever shows up.
