Agreed on a piece of equipment. Signed an agreement and received a Bill of Sale. Did not deliver the merchandise as promised. Cannot access the website now.

Found CJ equipment on a Craigslist advertisement for a used mini excavator. I called them and to discuss the purchase. They provided numerous documentation plus a sales contract with all the info matching. They even sent me tracking info that i could follow on their website. On the day of delivery they blocked my IP address from accessing their website as well as my phone number from calling them. I used a different phone and talk to Paul and requested Tanya Williams to call me to discuss the delivery. With in minutes on me calling them from the different number that number was blocked. They still advertise on craigslist and their website is still active.
