Individual calls family member an indicates they have been trying to get their brother but he want answer their calls. They say that they are going to have individual arrested because of a check that they wrote. Say that all was handled on the internet with electronic signature. Info of transaction is very vague. Say they can not email any info because it would be a conflict of interest of their client. Request for their name and address or email address. They only say that they are CJB a legal outsource Co. out of Pensacola, Fl

They are calling from 855 205 2364. At first they said they were going to email all pertinent info to us. When info not received we called to let them know that we have not received info, and that's when they indicated that it would be a conflict of interest for their client to send us any info. Put on hold and never picked up when we were told it was a conflict of interest and calls after that were sent to voice mail. Initial call from them was that family member owed $2000.00 . This is the amount if member decides to go to court, but if they pay debt off it would only cost $400.00 would let them make monthly payments as low as $25.00 month
