I purchased a 21 piece cookware set that was on Google and I kept checking to see the progress of the product to be delivered. I checked everyday until the message infirmed that it was delivered to my address weeks later. This is an all out lie. I am always at home due to a disability which enables me to see all packages delivered to my address. I contacted the company that gave me less that satisfactory information. One of their customer service person said that I must have entered a wrong address different from my address on my credit card!!! That infuriated me because I keep tract of all of my transactions. I really want them to pay for this. I waited for over 8 weeks to receive the package only for these [censored] to tell me it was my fault. I want this to be resolved with your assistance because i am sure other customers have gone through the same or similar ordeal. I have tried to reach their website and it is closed. Please help!
