We have received several calls from a "company" claiming to be official Microsoft support. We have asked them several times not to call us back but they keep calling. They claim to have knowledge that our computer has malware and as "evidence" they guided me to the msconfig screen services tab. They claim that all of the services should be running and they say they need to fix the problem. Then they try to walk me through commands that will supposedly allow them to fix the problem. They asked me to type something into the run screen (I cant remember all of it but I think it began with iexplorer and ended.com, which I assume would connect to a web site). I told them I wanted to research the problem and I would call them back. They gave me the number to call back at 1(888)514-1659.
