Sometime in November of this year I purchased a online order through claimcy and have EVER received my order even though they charged my credit card! There is no phone number to reach them and when you try their email it come up as scam ...

I was on Instagram and an ad for a major Fashion Nova warehouse clearance for Black Friday week came up. When I went to the site, I didn’t notice that the ACTUAL site was Claimcy.com bc it said Fashion Nova everywhere, with the regular models they use modeling the clothes. It was supposed to be a super sale from their WAREHOUSE, and also it was the week of Black Friday/Cyber Monday, so that’s why I believed everything was $5, for the blowout sale. I placed my order for $89.03 and received an email and also tracking number immediately. I waited about a month bc I knew it was coming from China during a holiday season. Finally, it said it was RETURNED TO SENDER bc address was incomplete! I tried to contact customer service, which is only an email address, and did get a quick response. They told me they apologized and would reship the package immediately with expedited shipping at no cost. I threatened to report them for fraud if package not received, to which they replied they are a very respectable company and want to make their customers happy, so when I do receive my package to notify them and they will refund one item in good faith. They supplied me ANOTHER tracking number, and for about a week It said in transit. Finally December 22nd, it said delivered to my home address, which it NEVER WAS!! There are cameras at every door in my house and it was NEVER delivered! Now that I responded that I’m reporting them for fraud, they have not responded to anymore emails. I lost basically $90 to these scammers bc I have still as of today never received a product from this company! I want other people to beware and be careful so yall don’t get your money stolen as well.
