He called stating there was a joint civil suit being filed and that it would be filed at 3 PM. First he told me that I couldn’t do anything about this acct because it was a joint civil suit and they can’t pull just one person from the suit. Then proceeded to ask me to write a settlement statement for a debt and then all court proceedings will be halted.
