This afternoon I was contacted by this business using a local number(not the 800 number listed after research). They stated I had to pay via a credit card to close my account and not be charged high amounts of money and products at my door. The rep did not speak English well or clearly. According to the rep. I received the 1st order a year ago on March 9th 2023. I never ordered anything from this company, and they have never contacted me before today. They refused to mail or email me a billing statement until I provided a new card to close the account I never opened. The delivery address they have for me is incomplete. The agent was Martin Smith aggressive and said that I would owe lots of money if I didn't pay today to cancel products I never ordered, in addition, I would start receiving monthly orders at $0.00 each. received, or had any idea about it and wouldn't provide proof to me in any way. The agent was not very willing to provide anything to me including the name and address.

I searched this company name on the web and the phone number of the company and nothing came up. I called the customer services phone number 877-205-7242 I was provided and it's a 3rd party answering service that caters to customer service for different companies. They gave me this company # 05282005; according to Google this is- Pratikshat Solutions Llp
