I was approached in the local Walgreens parking in Kearny, NJ lot after leaving the store by a man who drove a beat up, dark blue, Honda mini van. He offered to fix the damage in the front of my vehicle (scratching and dent) for $400. He also claimed he had the matching paint colors and could have it fixed quickly. When I was not showing any interest he drove off right away.
