I went online to indeed.com to look for a Work From Home Job. Applied for a position for “ Amcor” did a interview with them on a website called hire me I believe. I then get a email stating that I have been selected for the position. I get an email from [email protected] with the next steps she send me documents as in W4 form and other forms asking for my person information. Which made me think this was a real position. I then fill out these forms proceed to contact her on google hangout. She explains the job what I would be doing and what I would need for the job. I had to get equipment which they funded you for. So I said okay let’s see how it’s funded back. Mildred then tell me to contact the financial people from this email on hangout [email protected] he then proceeded to tell me that he needed me bank information to fund me for the equipment. I told him I felt uncomfortable about that. He said he’ll send me a check VIA email I told him that seems like a scam I then go back to Mildred to explain this to her she told me to tell him to send the check. I’m thinking this is real. Long story short I had a false payment to my credit card that would of gotten my card closed and they have nothing to say about it nor have I started my position I was supped to start this week.
