Claiming to be CVS Health Reports & Reviews (11)

Spent almost an hour doing what I thought was an actual interview even sent me an employment offer letter with CVS logo. After I was told I was hired I was asked to put a $100 deposit on the equipment needed for job. I was told to buy a $100 apple card from the pharmacy and after he had the info, then told me it was not enough I had to pay another $100. I thought I had found a wonderful opportunity to help support my family from home, instead I was robbed and asked to give even more money. That was the only money we had left.

They offered a job that I applied for CVS data entry at ZipRecruiter with a pay of $25.95 an hour and at first, I was okay let's give it a try but then flags showed up. 1. the recruiter gave me the option to use either my personal laptop or company devices to do the data entry. Data should be collected on company computers with monitoring profiles installed. 2. They gave me an option to get paid weekly or bi-weekly. I looked online and their company site said bi-weekly. 3. They wanted to send a check first so I could buy the programs and equipment needed for a job. THAT IS THE FINAL RED FLAG. So I said no thank you, blocked them, and screenshot all the conversations.

I had put my resume on indeed for part time work and was contacted by Lynn at CVS health, now mind you, Lynn is on linkedin as a CVS Health recruiter, has an @CVSHEALTH.com email but still seems fishy. After what I thought was a great online interview, she said to go back to her TEAMS chat at 10am the next and she offered me the position. =( I thought it was all great and was excited! $35 an hr $19 training. THEN I was told I needed to purchase a time tracker device for $300 BUT that they would reimburse me. I kept asking WHY do I need to purchase ANYTHING? Never answered that question. I said I don't have any of the options to pay, apple pay, cash app, zelle. She said no worries, they will mail me a check. SO weird because her linked in and her collegues' all look legit. So so sad this crap happens! People need to do better with their lives! Poor CVS!

A person on Facebook stated something about a work from home job and I asked about it and they said it was CVS health so they told me the phone number and to download an app cold signal and I started speaking with somebody sent some of my information over and then when I asked to do a video call there was no response when I try to call through the app with our phone call or video they will not answer and I tried calling from my phone number a block number and unblock number and it is a Google phone number there number is 7277554346

Person said I had a job as Remote Administrative Assistant with CVS Health. It is a work from home opportunity. They sent me a check in the mail for $2,951.98. I was suppose to take $500 for my job pay and use the rest to get all the equipment that was needed for the job. I deposited in my bank and hours later my account was closed with no notice. My bank said they would mail a letter. I let Michelle Peluso know what happened, she emailed me to encourage me to cash check ASAP to start work. No on would cash check. The check had Bank of America on it, so I took to bank and opened an account later to find out that the check bounced. Every bank and check cashing place said that the check was fake. Michelle Peluso never responded back when I let her know what happened. CVS customer service said they never heard of her.

I applied for a at work from home position on indeed and was asked to resubmit my resume to the agent who had only reached out to me via email. They said they would review my resume and get back to me the next day I received the acceptance email for the virtual assistant position at Cvs health followed by a hire date and they mentioned they would be sending me a check for equipment and my 1st weeks pay of $500. After accepting they never sent the check or contacted me by the starting date. A second email arrived two weeks later with a new start date and the two weeks after that a confirmation tracking number for the check. The fishy part is that the employer has not send me an application form or has obtained any information other than the information already provided in my resume name, address and phone number but I'm being sent a check?! I contacted cvs health directly and my information was not on file.

I was contacted via text and email. Mailed a check to deposit into my account for working materials. I did not deposit the check and when I asked for verification they got defensive and I started receiving texts from other individuals claiming to be with cvs health.

I was contacted in regards to a job posting I applied to for a work from home position found on ZipRecruiter. An interview was conducted on Google Hangouts and afterwards I was advised I was hired and would soon receive a check in the mail to purchase supplies needed to complete the work required. Once the check was received I was told to deposit and it then withdrawal the cash to deposit into the vendors account to purchase the supplies. The check came back to my bank as fraudulent but the cash was already withdrawn and deposited into the scammers account. I'm out the money and the scammer is still messaging me every day trying to get more from a second check that was sent.
