Applied to a graphic designer remote position for Fourstar Connections Inc. I was first contacted on August 4, 2022 through email by Patricia Santillan ([email protected]) for a job interview the next day with Lucy Chaves. Had an email interview with Lucy ([email protected]) a few hours later received job offer and to give name to hr department at email address [email protected]. Sarah Holman ([email protected]) sent email with offer letter to sign and return. Upon returning letter, Luis Janeiro ([email protected]) from accounting took over to set up office equipment funds, sent funds via emailed check and then demanded deposit and for me to send funds to vendor to purchase equipment. Funds were to be sent to a Timothy Phillips.

I'm experiencing the same situation but I've only just got the email from Lucy that i "Got the position as graphics designer" I'm SO glad I checked and thank you for sharing your experience. I will not move forward with them.
