I recently applied to a job on Indeed.com for a "booking consultant" position. I was contacted within 2 hours of applying and was told I had to submit certain information in order to start my background check. I even did a selfie scan on ID.me through a link sent to me. Afterward I was given the "senior agent" phone number - (717)470-7823 but got a Text Now voicemail. I then called the first person I had spoken to and they also had a Text Now number. I requested the email of the senior agent and received the email 3 days later.. After asking for this information I haven't heard back from them. I applied for the position September 24, 2021 and my credit score decreased today, October 4, 2021 by 105 points. There is a new derogatory mark on my credit that I cannot view. This will be the 4th time since I was 17 years old that my identity has been stolen. Please help me in some kind of way.
