This is what they replied:
I'm Jason Baie from (Overland Solutions Inc.)..Contacting you in regards to your resume posted online, Your resume has been reviewed by the HR board and you have been selected for an interview...Kindly reply back to indicate Yes/No if interested, Thank you.!!!
As I am looking for a job and posted a resume on "indeed", I replied yes but wanted to know why one of their represenatives did not call me and what position they wanted to interview me for?
They replied:
Alright, Following our newest online screening introduced by ScamPulse.com,We interview online base on the working scheme, which is "Job done from home"POSITIONS AVAILABLE : Staff Accountant , Dispatcher, Project Manager ,Data Entry,Admin Clerk, Payroll clerk,Customer Care Service, Administrative Assistant. Work Time: Part-Time /Full Time. You will be paid $30.95 per hour during working hour's and $19 during training hours. Are you interested to proceed further..?
Sounds great right???hmmm?? Now I'm irritated.
I replied:
No thank you, I don't believe you are legit.
Your approach to hiring is not professional.
Please do not contact me again.
I looked up the name of their business and called the company in Kansas. I spoke with a swhitchboard operator who transfered me HR, NO one answerd. I left a message reagarding their hiring process, however no one has yet to return my phone and I don't think they will.
Finally, I'm in California, not Kansas, so it also seems very odd that a business would hirer a person so far away via text message. This company is also not found in the ScamPulse.com dictionary.
In conclusion:
Be careful people. These shcemers are looking for desperate people who need jobs and money.
These shcemers are trying to say that they are follewing a new screening method approved by the BBB; online interviewing. That is ridiculous! They also still did not explain why they texted me rather then call.
I posted a resume on indeed and now I don't know how secure indeed is...Though it says it's very secure, as it relates to sharing your information.
Bottomline, never be that desperate, something will open up in time; be patient.
Cheers~
