We received a package from Lakeland, Fl with 4 bottles of CBD gummies in it. There was no paperwork or company name on the inside or outside of the package. The return address was Returns Department only. We had no idea where this came from or why. After spending hours trying to investigate it discovered our visa card was charged for these bottles at nearly $50.00 per bottle. Upon contacting the number on the visa statement we discovered they had my husbmands name, a non complete address and his email and visa information. This information he does not give out to anyone and only uses the card for household supplies in our town. We disputed the charges. The company stated an online order was started but not completed and they completed it on their own and sent it to us. It has been a nightmare trying to get this product returned and our account credited. We have had the credit card removed and replaced. Our biggest concern is how this information got out there in the first place. We are contemplating filing a claim with the US department of Justice and the US department of Commerce for a formal investigation.

Order was for one item $67.00. Unable to see order or go through normal check out procedure to verify amount. I used a prepaid card and noticed they took out additional unauthorized funds for qty I did not order and added qty of 2 for another product that I didn't ever request.

I cancelled the order less than an hour later and was told I would receive an immediate credit.

They sent email stating I was issued a credit, but never received it. The order date was 11/02/2024 and it's now January 15, 2025.

I have called and called over & over again and told to give it a few more days and it never happens.

I can't get in touch with anybody except a third party service outsourced to take orders and they can provide no information regarding the company they represent.
