The shoes ad for outlet-clarks appeared online via social media and I went to the site and purchased the shoes for $37.30 on 5/17/24. I contacted the seller via the website mailto:[email protected] to inquire about the purchase and they told me it had shipped, etc and that I could track it with the number provided. The order was coming in from a China Post carrier. I contacted the seller again that I still had not received my order. A lot of back and forth. I requested a refund since the item was never received and they told me that they could not send me my money back. I have the email conversation and the item I thought I paid for.
