My mother had ordered the products. (shortly before she passed) had decided that she did not want and attempted to send back. The box was returned with hopes to go through to send back. Phone numbers available online did not work. Attempted to contact via email/website unable to contact. Finally contacted Jo-Veigh states "can keep products, for only $92.00 instead of refund. Requests full amount back of $343.51.
