November 1st i was scamed for 300$for a puppy named Sandy Im alittle suprised PayPal let the transaction go through as there usually good about catching this! Anyway i was promised a home delivery for this price but i got another email that they needed another 500$ for refundable pet insurance ok was just exited about getting my puppy well anyway no puppy and its November 9th and i havent heard from them again! I am so upset it took me a year to save up for a puppy damn them ive been doing alot of crying

I was hoping this was not a scam. They seemed to ask all the right questions about us. However if you call those phone numbers they go no where. I to was taken advantage of. I am 60 and just lost my 2 dogs to old age. And the puppy Lexie was so cute. DO NOT fall for this. First I paid 625.00 then when they dog s/b on a plane almost here they need another 500.00 for insurance. Well I was taken for the 625.00 but they were not getting another penny out of me. I gave them the money out of my bank account using Zelle pay app. with my bank. I cannot get the money back since I did it myself. Please don't let these people get away with this again. They have a fairly legal looking Shipper Information and website for the shipper. All a LIE. Do not believe anything from City Express Delivery Service. I have attached the documents I was sent they look pretty good. BUT follow your gut. They keep texting me saying they had not received the money. I should have known from that alone. Soo please don't fall for this scam.

I purchased a chihuahua puppy by the name of Molly from Classic chihuahua puppies 4Home on Friday 9//3/21. On 9/4/21 I signed a bill of sale agreement for them to deliver Molly directly to me that same day. Then I got an email from city express delivery saying that I needed to purchase pet insurance for $500 in order for Molly to leave the airport in Nashville, TN I did that. Then they said the cage had to have air conditioning in it. So I paid another $400 for the air. I asked them if they were sending Molly and they said give them time to check with the finance department. Then they never contacted me.
