I searched google for croc sales-this site has all the wording a site should have about return policies and business information. I purchased men's realtree camouflage crocs, a pair of women's black fur lined crocs and a pair of men's crocs that were a new style with the word croc cut out of the side in a graphite color. It wasn't until I saw my payment receipt from paypal that I saw it went to a bunch of chinese symbols that I realized it wasn't a croc site. After waiting weeks, I filed a dispute on paypal that I received no order confirmation and no shipping information. At that point, the company provided "tracking". All the tracking said was my package was in china. I waited just 2 days shy of a month and then received a black plastic bag wrapped several times with tape. Inside was a pair of bright yellow, bright orange, and white crocs. They had no tags and no boxes. Not only are they the wrong colors, they are the wrong sizes.
