ordered the Grandview Twist Play set with 2 slides, 2 swings, Monkey bars, glider & climbing wall listed price was $138.84. The company withdrew money from my checking account under name of: Fht#Gonszta Co Shenzhen Sh Futianqudazhonghuagu making 2 separate charges

1. $161.76 & 2nd for $1.62 - contacted the customer service dept, initially was told to send copy of bank statement & they would adjust the charge & I should receive my product early September. Invoice sent 3 times, have sent multiple messages to the email they provided no response, & now when I attempt to go to the web site to track the package WWW.Classickidspick.com there is not site & I am routed elsewhere.

Beyond frustrated.
