Pop-up on screen stating that my computer was at risk for malware and spyware and if I shut down the computer it would erase my hard drive. Gave me a number to call for 'tech support'. Paid $230 for them to clear and monitor supposed malware. One and half months later, they called saying they had satellite issues and could no longer offer support. Wanted access to my computer to 'clear' their info.
