Inquired to purchase window regulator from a Facebook site named Classic Automotive..advertising sale of used car parts..their response was they had it and included a picture to verify and noted they guaranteed it operational for $150 including shipping and was told they only receive payment thru Zelle or Cashapp. I was provided the email below and sent on Zelle $150 after which i received confirmation from my bank that they received it however they are continually saying they’ll didn’t.:

Customer still communicates and denies receipt at his Bank he says was Herring Bank which my bank denies where it was received. I reported filed a fraud complaint to my Bank and they said there’s nothing they can do. Company is in denial of receipt feigning this has never happened before. Any advice or feedback on how to pursue grievance with ScamPulse.com or FB would be greatly appreciated.
