Ordered 2 sweaters from Classic Agave. The amount was suppose to be $70.98 but I was charged $80.94 + $2.43 for an Int’l fee without my consent. It took 3 weeks to arrive. The sweaters look nothing like what I ordered. They are ill fitting as one sleeve is lower than the other and the side/back of the sweater is not long enough to cover. I’ve been writing to the Company requesting a refund and instructions on how to return the garbage sent to me. So far I’m getting the run around.

I was originally given tracking number 7614740745031981018 leaving Belgium on 12/7. It was processed through customs, but sat in Little Rock, AK from 12/24 until I contacted the seller. I was told to contact the "seller" directly (according to the Internet they ARE the seller) and was twice given a link that didn't work. THEN I was told that wasn't the correct tracking number and my package was out of China, tracking number DOR0120500956CN, which "US, Arrived at destination port" on 12/27. It has not been processed further. WHERE in the US did it arrive?
I received a package 1/19/2024, but it was not what I had ordered. I ordered a black and a gray sweater for an adult woman. I received 2 of the same color of a knit item that does not fit a human being. I went back to their website and found that they CHANGED my order! I have been referring to it for the last 2 months and it showed I ordered a black and a gray sweater, but NOW magically it says 2 gray sweaters! Regardless, what was sent looks nothing like the photo I purchased from.

I purchased two sweaters for $70 that were advertised as high quality sweaters coming from a designer. I waited 5 weeks to receive my items. Contacting their customer support weekly. They have a FAKE shipping update that says the items are coming from Italy, their website says USA, and it’s actually China. They use pictures and descriptions that are not even remotely like what I received. This sweaters are poorly sewn, cheap material, and don’t fit Total junk! I’m filing a complaint with consumer protection. Buyer beware! This is a total scam!

Paid $120. For three sweaters. Supposedly shipped from Ireland. Made it to Miami FL. Then “Crickets “. When I contact the company they tell me to be patient. It’s been five weeks. Try do message back but with lame excuses. I see from other complaints that items look like they are from China. I NEVER would have paid this much for crap from China. NOT HAPPY!

I paid an extra fee for shipping within 5 to 7 business days on top of the item price. Received the item over 1.5 months later but the item was not as shown in the photo description. Very poor material and poorly manufactured. Button holes are already coming apart with strings hanging loose and the design does not look like the advertised item either. It showed in the “tracking system” that it was shipped from Croatia, and sent to a warehouse in Chicago, then mailed to me. Packaging obviously shows it’s from China. Since they advertise their return policy and refund within 14 days of receipt, I asked for a refund on the day I received it and they asked to send a photo of the QR code on the packaging so I did. They responded that it certainly is the item I ordered. I demanded a refund and they said since the return shipping will be expensive for me, they’ll give me a refund of mere $2! They are definitely in it to make money off of us consumers. Be very aware!

Bought two (2) wind breakers from Facebook online site. They charged me twice for shipping. Tracking is for two (2) separate items. Promise 3 - 5 day delivery. Ordered October 25. As of November 13, tracking is dismal. Shipping from Italy. No way to call for additional information. Will contact credit card company to pursue reimbursement.

As others have indicated, Classics-Agave is a total scam. Many of the complaints I have seen online involve poor quality merchandise that the company refuses to accept for a refund. In my case, I haven’t even received any merchandise. The money was paid out on September 22 and it’s now November 6. I was sent “tracking” information for both packages, but the information appears bogus (claims to have shipped from Ireland and Portugal, but the company is based in China) and the information stopped updating 2 weeks ago. When I attempted to contact the company, I was never able to speak with a person and just got a run around from their customer service bot. I was told to “just be patient”. My bank is now dealing with the company on my behalf. Lesson learned- ALWAYS check reviews on unfamiliar companies.

I ordered a jumpsuit from this company and was under the impression this was a US based company. I ordered on Feb 28th and got a shoddy spelled shipping tracking email stating the product was coming from Italy. I immediately became suspicious and knew I’d have to return it. It arrived on March 15th and of course, the sizing is not as stated in their sizing chart, and the material is not a soft cotton stretchy material like the advertised videos. I instantly asked for a full refund and they want me to send it back to China to return. Their website says not to send it back to the manufacturer…? Their address on their crappy website also lists their company as being in England. But the item was repackaged here in the US with a return address as Washington? But tracking had a starting location of Italy? SCAM. They offered me $5 as a refund. Nope. I’m disputing it with my financial corporation as fraud. Would never recommend them!

I knew right from the beginning I’d made a mistake purchasing from this company. The total was supposed to be $49.98. They did not include any sales tax on the final total, but when I submitted my payment, it added $12.49 to my total. (I realize most companies charge sales tax, but sometimes they don’t, and they always tell you before you finally submit your payment… This company did not do that.) I emailed them directly, and they took off the extra charge, and said it was an accident. So that was nice… They were helpful in the beginning. As a matter of fact, they are still ACTING quite helpful - or they come across that way. Actually, they’ve been rather patronizing, and I can sense the sarcasm oozing from a few of their emails, but they still put on a good act. Problem is, the items I purchased are definitely not the items pictured. I bought 2 jumpsuits (to save on shipping). The ones in the ad were made of a cotton looking fabric. It’s not! It’s actually some kind of weird “synthetic fiber” material. It has zero stretch to it, and it fits nothing like what I ordered. There are weird seams down the legs of the jumper that are not shown in the picture as well. So, I email them and they respond rather promptly, and offer me $3 back. What?! I spent $50 and IMMEDIATELY tried to get a refund the same day it arrived. Why should I not be able to return? So when I ask about this, they basically tell me it’s not worth the shipping it will cost me to send it back to China. Here is just another issue… I looked to see where it was coming from before purchasing and they have a picture of an office in the US, so of course, I assumed they were located here. Read the fine print! They’re not! Anyways, now they are offering me $5. Lol! What a joke! I am currently disputing the charge with PayPal. I’ve read some reviews saying others were able to get their money back that way. I hope it works and I hope this company goes down fast. Jerks 😡

I purchased a product online from this company, also goes by "Landbase Trading Co" on September 24. The product was FINALLY received on Oct 24. The product is terrible; horribly made and extremely cheap. The material isn't even the same material described.

When I made the purchase, I received an email confirmation that my account would be charged $29.98. Upon further inspection, my account was in fact charged $35.98. I began contacting the company within 12 hours of receiving the clothing item. Since then, I have made numerous attempts to contact the company, resolve the issue, return the product for a refund. They refuse to refund or accept the product return. After 7 contacts back and forth, they now tell me they will refund my account $4, even though they lied about the product description and lied about the charge amount and now refuse to be honest about any of the fraud. They simply tell me that "they checked with the warehouse and the product I ordered was correct, and they will refund $4 because it's too expensive to return the product...to CHINA." Do NOT buy from this company.
