I placed an order in July 2017, they were good about response with the initial order. They resent the order because I did not receive it as of November 2017. They were responsive up until February 2018 when I asked for a refund due to not receiving any products. I have not received any response and have been actively trying to contact them. It is now half way through March 2018 and no response since February 2018. No phone number to contact company.

This place I placed and order and never received and the only means of contact is email. This is so horrible I just want my money back.

This website is an scam! They don’t actually send items. They advertise as free items, just pay shipping and you NEVER receive your order. I ordered numerous items and almost $30 worth of shipping. They keep charging my credit card. None of their “policies” make sense. If you go online and read reviews, no one who has purchased from this company has ever received their order, even years later and NOTHING!. They lie and say they have resent the order. They have been scamming since 2016. It’s time to put a stop to this!!!! They are just sitting back and stealing people’s hard earned money. A definite scam and fraud!!!

I purchased 2 elephants for my grandchildren which never came, i emailed them they said the reshipped the order and that also never came so i requested tracking and it says on tracking the it never left china. i am out 9.00 for a product i never got.

Placed an order for an elephant chair for my daughter. I immediately was getting comments on how the compay is fake. I immediately canceled my ordee. Never got an email or anything saying it was cancelled. I got an email saying it was shipped. Never got the product.

This company takes your money and never sends you a product. They will tell you over and over that they’ll re-send your shipment. They even go as far as to change their name to stay hidden.

I ordered on December 5 and still haven't received my purchase. I have reached out to the company at least four times with no response and finally just disputed the charge with my credit card company. after reading further online reviews many other people have the same complaints. In addition, those who eventually received their products state they are much different items than those depicted on the website.

Ordered a couple of items from the company. Never received anything and the e-mail stating the items had shipped has a tracking link that does not work at all. It is all a scam. Do not purchase anything from this website because you will receive absolutely nothing.

Classy Ella is operating through a mass circulation of ads on Facebook under the page name "Elephant Lover's Page." Each ad contains bait phrases, such as "FREE" and "LIMITED EDITION" along with a link to their website. When attempting to make a purchase (consisting of elephant themed products) on their website, no information is provided with respect to estimated shipping time, because - as hundreds of people have complained - the product will never be shipped. The ads on Facebook have already reached tens of thousands of people, and I almost became a victim myself. When attempting to warn others of the scam through comments under the ads, the operator of the page proceeded to mark the comments as spam. The following is a link to the reviews of the company:

You only pay for shipping which is 4.95 each product you buy. Here's the catch, they have zero way of tracking the product and since you only paid for shipping, it's a leeway for them to tell you the item must have shipped somewhere else so it isn't their problem or place to refund you the money. Many people have filed reports and complaints and they don't have much customer service at all. I placed an order, read reviews and then emailed them not even 30 minutes later about wanting to cancel before it "shipped". Have not heard a single thing and probably won't. With that said, when is the ScamPulse.com going to shut them down? Complaint after complaint and they're still up and running, taking people's money.

I ordered from this company and they've never sent me my product. I paid shipping and handling. I have sent multiple emails but no products. They replied with a fake tracking number and it's been in China since November. Don't purchase anything from this company.

Made my purchase and waited about 2 months for products. When they didn't show up, I emailed them to ask what was going on and they said that they would send new products and included a tracking number. The number only showed movement for the order for a few days, then I was no longer able to track my order. After another month or so, I emailed them again, twice, and have not heard anything from them in response about my products or returning my money.

I do not understand how this "company" cannot be found and prosecuted! I placed an order in October '17 and still no merchandise. I have contacted them many times and finally got a response that my order had been lost, so they 'reshipped' it. I am finding that 1000's of people have experienced the same thing. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and since the people will not respond to them, my file was closed, ridiculous!

Their website is still active, and if you get on there, every few seconds some other sucker is placing an order. This has to be stopped!

Ordered products November 2017, this is February 6, still no product

I purchased an elephant pillow from Classy Ella in April of 2017. After months of not receiving it, I emailed them and received a reply stating they would send a new order. Months later and I have heard nothing, nor received anything. There is no tracking info either. This company is a scam and needs to be shut down!

Ordered products months ago, as with hundreds of others posting online, the products are never delivered, no refunds given and company wont respond.

I order lots of products for my family online, i had been seeing posts for Classy Ella alot. I saw an ad for a plush light up elephant and just pay shipping. I have done these before with other sites and never had a problem. My sons love all animals and we lost out entire collection from my childhood and theirs in a brush fire, i figured for $5/ toy...i didnt have much to loose. Little did i know that almost a year later i'd never receive the items. They have assured me i'd get a new order shipped...once it leaves china to ship here i can't track it anymore and it never gets here...I've been reshipped three times...now that i ask for a refund i get no responses.. Do not even bother with this company..
