Purchased over $150.00 through their website, was provided a tracking number, ( label created) and order number but my product was never shipped.

I bought a pair of tactical pants from them but they were too skinny to fit me. I asked to exchange them for a bigger pair as they seemed a decent pair of trousers. I was offered a 10% discount. But I ponted out that this would not make them fit me. We have exchanged 14 emails with various offers between 10 and 40% discount. After 14 emails I got the return address. Their website says the customer only has to pay one set of postage including returns. I asked for a pre-paid reurn lable and was then offered a 10% discount again and now it has all gone quiet. So my advice is DON'T BUY from thois company. Just in case you hadn't noticed they are a Chinese company based in Dongguan city,Guangdong province China.

Purchased an item from this company and never received the item. Correspondence is just a run-around, giving fake tracking numbers. The website is completely up and running like nothing...

I have since read so many people have been scammed by this but it appears that nothing has been done. I will be sending this very message to Facebook as they run their ads, knowing full well nothing will be done.

I ordered a pair of tach pants that never arrived. For almost 3 months, they made excuses why the pants had not arrived, then told me to check with local courier servicing. (Their words, not mine.) My shipping address is a UPS Store, which is very accurate with tracking and delivering packages far more valuable than this one. It never arrived because it was never shipped. Stay away from these scammers!

SCAM SITE Buyer Beware! Same exact site layout, product and advertising as enbeed.com , happyfofo.com , bassiy.com , clayben.com , bit.ly/2WEteJe taechrl.com, markmaal.com, and the company named "Michael Tim" are all scam sites. As I was scrolling through facebook, it only took me 5 min to compile that list of sites. It seems they have endless sites set up, all with the same exact content. Each time I see this exact same add, it is identical except for the URL. The reviews are all the same though, only one star with the exact same series of events I am going through now and Paypal will not honor their protection guarantee. I was dumb enough to not take the few seconds before I "bought" 4 pair of pants. I got the same fake tracking number that was stated to be a genuine FedEx tracking number. The link brought me to the real FedEx website where it said it was an invalid number. After escalating through PayPal and my personal email, I received this:

"Dear Customer,

Your product is in transit. May be the current pandemic situation occurs delay on transit .As we cannot tracking the package once the package departure and on the air, please do understand. Would you kindly wait some more days, we will keep you post once the the tracking status update. The tracking number is FEISZ1702179539YQ . Please track the shipping information through the following link:

https://www.17track.net/en

The package tracking website they sent me through both Paypal and my personal email is a Chrome browser extension that you have to install and is in fact Malware classified as a Browser Hijacker.

We ordered 3 pairs of pants from their website www.clayben.com It was a "last day promotion" of 80% off. Come to find out, the pants were from China. They took a while to get here and when they got here they were horrible! Small, thin, not even close to the size they were supposed to be. We've been going back and forth for a week now and the most they've offered is a 25% refund. They refuse to tell us how to return the items. We keep declining thier insulting solutions of 5, 10, 15 & 25% back.
