I was searching for Maine c o o n cats for my girlfriend. I stumbled upon the website that I provided and found a cute kitten by the name of Thor. I emailed the "company" about said cat, and they were really nice over email and even agreed to do half payment before the cat was shipped. When they brought the cat to, the shipping company called really. After the company told me that the cat was at the shipping company, the shipping company emailed me and informed me that the provided crate was wrong. They said that I needed a thermal crate for temperatures and "covid". I have never heard of such a thing, so I told the company that I'm not paying $1800 for a crate. They told me that it was my responsibility since the cat was "already mine" which he wasn't. I then told them they are just scamming me and that I wanted a refund of the money I have sent. They declined the refund and then proceeded to request $500 from me, thinking I was going to give it to them. I'm a hard-working veteran also a very honest person, so this type of nonsense just really turned my day into ****.
I hope anyone who finds this anyway helpful to be very mindful about [censored] like this.
