I noticed a charge on bank account. So I looked up under my drawer items and got a phone number for clean and fresh home guide is how it was listed on the 8th of June for $24.13 I called the number that was listed it is a payment center that handle several different businesses the woman's name was Alex I asked for a refund because I did not order anything from this company and after giving her my email address my physical address my name my phone number and the zip code of which I live she seated to tell me she could give me back 50% of my money I said no you took a hundred percent I want 100% back for something I did not order she informed me now that she could give me 85%. I said no 100%, sandwich she hung up on me I called her back I asked for a supervisor again I had to go through the same and reiterate everything I just told her before. Do what she said she would cancel my account and give me back 85%, she would not give me any more and in the meanwhile a phone number was coming in to my phone calling me while I was on the phone with her when she hung up on me again she said she would not issue me a refund she did cancel my account and she hung up the phone number that called in I called back to which I reach the same woman the phone number I called back was 925-243-7977 why that number was calling me I don't know because as soon as I said I had just spoke with her on a different number she hung up again and now she won't answer either phone I want my money back $24 doesn't seem like that much but I'm on disability I don't have an extra $24 a month for sweepstakes entries that are supposed to be free that I didn't order and I don't want. You may use my name my address my phone number and post this wherever you want to post it because I want these people stopped this is not right that they're taking people's money without their consent won't return it and even hang up and be rude to them thank you very much
