Representative from Clean Choice Energy LLC went door to door, identifying himself as a representative of the local power company. He pressured residents to sign a form and give him their Comcast account numbers, claiming that rates were going down, but actually signed residents up for Clean Choice Energy as a supplier. After signing the form, he identified himself as a Clean Choice Energy supplier.
