Call-starts saying “this is the environmental protection agency”. Then goes into offering duct cleaning services. When speaking to an employee (?) they give the name of the company as Clean Green Solutions. They cannot answer why they claim to be the EPA nor can they give the name of the city they are based in. When pushed they said they were from my town. The call came through with a number (877) registered in Vermont. I am no where near Vermont. Could be wrong I suppose but I smell a lets scam the old folks scheme. Anybody else get one of these calls? Didn’t give them a chance to try for money. Told them flat out I’d be reporting them. No patience for such scams.

This company calls nonstop even after you ask them to stop calling they spoof their phone numbers to show that they are calling for a local area code.

They are trying to get you to say the word yes on a recorded line so that they can use your voice as an agreement to later charges.

I figured this out after a few calls from them and some probing from me I was able to get them to start screaming at me and cus at me this is not a legitimate company.
