I noticed my bill had a new charge " Clean power Alliance " .
I called Edison to see what was going on and they informed me as of Feb 2019 they automatically opted me into " Clean power alliance " as my energy supplier which I never approved and do not want .
On top of Opting me in without my approval when I called to change I delt with one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with on the Phone. I was told I only had 2 options if I wanted to opt out now back to Edison since its been over 60 days . Neither choice I wanted because I never approved this and both options I had to continue to Pay " Clean power alliance " 9% for 6 months which is more than Edison . The lady I talked to was so rude I could barley get a word in before she would interupt me by reading off her list of what she needed to say and just kept repeating it when I tried to have a discussion .
This is 100% a scam ! In America you can't just sign someone up for something they didn't approve especially when my old option still exists and the new option is more expensive .
