We ordered water filter from this company. They did not work in the refrigerator. So we emailed them and told them about the situation we were having. They gave us plenty other steps to take to keep from giving us a refund. Told us to take a video of the product not working. We were getting close to the 30 day mark to return the item. They stopped responding to us. The number to reach them on the website is not in service. It's been frustrating. The company and place it shipped from have different addresses.

I purchased water filters from this company. When charged, it was from Dingshang Co in China. I was then charged $715 from TN. Now I had to cancel my credit card. The filters I recieved are faulty and fake.
