They charged my card with $3200 of fraudulent charges to their business. The charges had their business name and address. A simple google search led me to their address and phone number. Within minutes of leaving a review and reporting them to the police they took their Google listing down. There is a police report done for their fraud

We got a request to do a Home cleaning job . After we agreed on the pricing. The person asked how do we get paid? So I reply that we are taking cash or Checks only while we work on getting our system ready to use cards. Then the Person reply to us with , Just give me the information to

Pay you with a check. Instead of doing that we as a professional Cleaning Company sent an Invoice. The following morning we get an Email from the client stating that by accident his secretary sent a $3,000.00 dollar check , that the lady got confused and then the person stated that they were going to have somebody else also on premises and asked us If we could just clear the check and then to transfer $2,000.00 to the Other person that we don’t even know and to then take our part .

This may not be the correct place to report this. This is a non-urgent report about strange cleaning service that came to our home. It is likely just a terrible business, but I wanted to report it in case there were other complaints or this is actually something else. My husband hired a company that he found online to come out to steam clean a couch for us. A man came to our house in an unmarked van, with no ID or uniform and no visible equipment. He tried to upsell for a service for about 3x the original price. My husband declined and asked for the original agreed upon service and price. The man agreed and my husband stepped into the back yard for a moment. When he came back the guy had just left. The furniture we were having cleaned was in the garage, so as far as we know, he didn’t enter our house. When we tried to call the company they have hung up on us multiple times, told us a completely different business name (the first person couldn’t tell us any company name at all or who the person they sent out was), or just entirely ignored our calls. When I did some further digging on the phone number there are different companies that come up under that phone number, one of which is linked to a yelp in La Habra. This is the phone number and website of who we talked to 888-551-0432 https://green-certified-services.com/. This is the yelp. It lists a different phone number, but one of the reviews has the number we called in it.

I would normally not report something like this, but the behavior of the person that came to our house as well as the people on the phone was so strange I felt compelled to at least put it out there. It gave us the impression they were just trying to get into people’s homes.
