This company preys on the elderly by calling a tricking them into asking a question on the phone such as is this (the persons name) and the elderly person says yes and they use that recording as an agreement to transfer their existing internet cable to their company. At no time was there a written agreement or contract with them. Then the elderly person doesn't know their current company has been discontinued and Clear Rate has taken over charging big fees. This company is a fraud and this is elder abuse.
