I saw an ad and I believe it was on facebook. The ad said receive a free Clinique product and all I had to day was paying the shipping. This was on 2/10/2016. I gave the company my credit card for the free shipping of $495, I receive the product but it isn't Clinique. I received the product and it wasn't Clinique. I never opened it because I didn't want to use other products. Today I was checking my credit card bill and had a charge from a company I had never done business with. This was the charge made on Feb 24, 2017 made from Prestodiet8449660706 in the amount of $89.31. After holding for quite some time when I called the number above, Chrisy answered the line. I told her that I was upset that her company had billed me for the charge. That I hadn't order any product and she told me on 2/10/2017 I had order a free sample from them and after 14 days they charged the customer the full price of $89.31. I told her I refused to pay as I never authorized the charge. She said she would give me 30% off the price and I told her I refused that I didn't want to pay anything and I would dispute the charge. She then said she would give me 50% off and I told her I was going to report the scam. She then said she would give me 100% off and I told her I was still going to report the company.
