I told bank that I had proof that the cancelled order was made before order was in processing stage,
I have a very high credit score. I’m not a dishonest person. Well now they have my money. They froze my account, so now they won’t talk to me or the bank. On the original website I used, it also mentioned the name Slim Diet. Apparently in very fine print they were actually $69.95 a bottle for 3 bottles.So after two full days of knowing I wanted order cancelled and it had not been processed they sent 5 bottles. I called and told them I wanted money back and they said they couldn’t do anything because I refused to work with them. I told them all they had to do was cancel order. They sent me 5 bottles . I lost $ 198.78 which totals $39.95 each. They are well aware of what they are doing. Requested RMA number but they wouldn’t give me one. The charge comes thru as Slim Diet. So I did a search on this company and they have the same support number.
