Saw ad on Facebook for books on clearance. Made order got email confirmation. Gave me routing number. Checked daily. Said delivered. Never received. Sent email to customer service multiple times. Said they can only give me 20% refund. Unacceptable. Talked with usps and there is no record Scam scam scam.
