"ClearDigital Inc is online electronic money exchange service.
Now, we are looking for customer-oriented Customer Service Agent to supervise e-currency exchange process and handle any possible problems that our clients might experience with precision and effectiveness.
Customer Service Agent is a part-time job from home.
New team member gets short-term on-the-job education, lasting for 4 weeks.
Traning period is completely compensated.
This is a primary salary job, monthly pay making up $2850.
Company provides 5-7 % bonuses for exceptional performance.
Note, that the full-time position is also available after probation period.
POSITION PROSPECTS
* Work prospects for Customer Service Representative are supposed to be exceptional as we are founding branch in the US in July
* Beginning from July, there are various types of emloyment: part-time and full-time work from home and full-time office job (for New York city residents)
* First month of the trial period is alwaysnecessarilly a part-time with the opportunity to move to a full-time based on the performance of the trial
* Applicants with good driving force and average PC knowledge should have the best job prospects
JOB DUTIES:
* Supervise a large scale of E-money exchange rates and operations within the internet environment every day
* Control the exchange operations from FIAT (regular money) to E-money and back
* Operate with customers, give them full information about the services, fees and benefits of the company
* All interaction is over the e-mails, and we provide clients
* It's not a sales position!
PREFERENCES:
* Good interaction and interpersonal abilities
* Experience in work in customer care is a plus but not mandatory
* Good PC and office programs knowledge
* Trustworthiness, thoroughness, care for meeting set deadlines
* Reachable via phone and e-mail throughout the day
* High school diploma, GED or equivalent
The Supervisor will guide you at every step in the beginning of the probational period and instruct you how to work with currencies and customers.
You will need to keep him/her informed concerning the work development and report on the completed assignments.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to directly work with ongoing and new E-commerce related service sellers within the USA.
