Ordered material on 12/5 , had to prove I paid , the tracking info doesn't show and keep getting automated response. I have asked for money back repeatedly and only email.

Ordered online after seeing Facebook add. Unfortunately I should have researched better. I paid for shipping insurance only to be told my order was delivered. I checked all tracking which seems to be bogus. Customer service did respond only to say check your mail. After further research I have seen hundreds of facebooks complaints from folks in the same situation. There is actually no phone to contact anyone at this company.
