Children of parent(s) receive call saying the 'clerk' needs to contact the parent for an extension due to COVID on real estate property. The property that was referenced was foreclosed over 8 years ago. Appears the scam is to get either personal information from the parent or children.

Likely they are going through old foreclosure records then contacting children with some promise of monetary gains. The children may fall for it as they never 'received' anything from the property disposal. They never would on foreclosures so the scam would likely be effective
