We are attempting to purchase a coupler for a die clicker. We contacted them to place the order and send a PO but stopped hearing back after we submitted a PO. We had to call from new phone numbers to get them to answer our call. When we finally got hold of them again they stated that they already shipped the part so we have to pay the invoice. We requested tracking information to verify but they kept stating they could not find it and blaming the other person for being the one who sent it. Finally they sent a fake tracking number and then proceeded to try to get us to pay the invoice again. All the emails listed on their website bounce back as deactivated as well.
