Client cargo scammed me out of $300 on telegram. It was for a vaccine card I never received. And now 3 months later they keep
Asking for more Bitcoin. Once I said I had no money they told me to “ have a nice day”

The seller of an alleged Maine C o o n kitten arranged shipment from Naperville, IL through this company. Kitten is reportedly on hold in North Carolina, and I received the following email:

YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN LABELED AS SUSPICIOUS AND AMBIGUOUS BY THE POSTAL OFFICERS DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOUR PACKAGE WAS REGISTERED UNDER DISCREET STATUS. THUS, THE PACKAGE NEED TO BE INSURED BEFORE OUR AGENTS CAN DELIVER IT TO YOUR ADDRESS. THIS IS FOR CLIENTS WHO ARE USING OUR SERVICES FOR THE FIRST TIME.
THUS, OUR NEW POLICY STATES THAT EACH CLIENT SHIPPING WITH US FOR THE FIRST TIME MUST BE INSURED SO YOU ARE PROTECTED FROM ANY CASUALTIES AND THE RISK OF YOUR PACKAGE NOT GETTING TO YOU.

I contacted the company at their email address, since the above is suspicious. Received the following replies:
First response-
Hello client
Is no scam, actually you have been required you make a refundable payment of $2399 for the insurance fee before we can go ahead with delivery.. We can move forward if package isn’t insured
Second response:
When the goods arrive your home, the city permit document and clearance certificate will have no use again so they will have the money refunded to you. The agent in charge of your parcel will be coming to your address with refunds .
So we urge you to have the payment sent to our cashier as soon as possible so that we can proceed with the paperwork for your package and delivery as scheduled for before 6 :00 PM today, but payment will be done to our origin, so the papers are prepared there and faxed to us.
Do get back to us so that we can provide you with the details for you to have the payment made for us to proceed as soon as possible.

--I directed them to proceed without insurance. I am assuming at this point that the kitten does not exist, and the individual from whom I purchased the animal successfully scammed me. Though I did not pay client cargo the insurance demanded, I did pay the original individual, who is not listed in this complaint.
