I got a letter in the mail from this place about a debt. Called St Elizabeth original place trying to get money the said I don't owe anything so then I called back the place and asked for a item statement they said I needed it in writing not sure why I can't ask over phone. Then when I tried to pay they said need your debt card number said I don't have one I have a spending account card. The said we can't take that I said ok but not giving you my debit card number.

First time I asked for documentation they put me on hold and never picked up phone they hung up on me.

This company sent me 3 collections notices on some hospitals accounts that I knew I had paid in full. I assume they selected smaller amounts that was owed thinking that I would just go ahead and pay them. I did confirm with the facility that the acct was paid in full prior to calling this business. When trying to call the company, a person would answer then I would be left on hold for 30+ minutes or more. When I finally spoke with someone, they would not confirm the facility or phone number they were trying to collect a fever for because I would not give them my date of birth. The facility I spoke with also advised me that they do not use this company when sending accounts to collections.
