I was trying to send my boyfriend a cellphone( IPhone 16 pro max). He told me to send to this place. I did through UPS because the company or manager he was talking to told him to tell me not to send through FED/EX, but through UPS instead. I did what he told me. He wanted to scan the QR code on the box, but UPS personal told me not to due to increase theft that way. So I sent the phone to Climaxx Agency. They did receive the package and was going to have it sent to my boyfriend to where he was in Nigeria. They have the phone to this day. A so called manager by the name Tobiloto Johnson is who I was to send it to. Once in his possession he was suppose to give to my boyfriend. Instead he hassled me out of close to 500.00 dollars in delivery fees. After I kept giving the amount that he told me to send, they wouldn’t send him the phone. Instead kept getting money out of me. They still have the phone to this day.
