This was an add on Instagram for blanket hoodies on sale. I ordered some and a month later still had not received them. Upon requesting a refund, they stated I would have it in 15-25 business days. Never happened. I disputed the charge on April 1st 2024. It was escalated yesterday 05/24/2024. Then today I got an email from them [email protected], stating they completed my refund 05/22/2024. I contacted my bank as nothing appeared to be in my bank and they stated there is nothing initiated or pending from them and agreed to continue with the dispute.
