Cliqly advertises to build your email marketing business with them. You have to invest money into the business and as you grow your email list and send marketing emails, Cliqly is supposed to pay you (return on investment) for each person that responds by clicking or signing up to that marketing email. They don't pay as promised. They send an email that you've qualified for a pay out and it will be in your band within a week, but they never pay. They now have instituted a fee of $19 monthly if you want to get paid your commission. I paid that fee for a short time hoping to get paid, I didn't. They do not respond to emails to support and there is no phone number.
