To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Cliqly, a company that I joined in July 2023. I paid $1491.50 to access their email list, which was promised to be a legitimate and effective way to reach my target audience.
Unfortunately, my experience with Cliqly has been nothing short of disastrous. The email list I paid for turned out to be a scam, sending fake emails to my subscribers. Not only did this damage my reputation, but it also wasted my time and resources.
To make matters worse, I was supposed to receive a check from Cliqly for $343.00 in December 2023, as they owed me money for the services I had paid for. However, despite numerous emails and requests, I was never paid. ( I since did a charge back for November 27, 2023, 238.50, December 11,2023 for 48.50 and November 13,2023 for 60,00. The bank could not go back further to get the rest of my money I paid for this email list) When I asked for an update on the status of my payment, the company shut me out of their site and refused to respond to my inquiries.
Furthermore, when I tried to access the email list I paid for, I was shut off from it entirely. It's clear that Cliqly is not interested in providing the services they promised or honoring their obligations.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and integrity from a company like Cliqly. It's unacceptable that they would use fake email lists and deceive their customers. I am concerned that they may be using similar tactics to defraud others who have used their services.
I am requesting a full refund of the $1491.50 I paid to Cliqly, as well as compensation for the damages and losses I have incurred as a result of their fraudulent activities. I also urge you to take action to prevent further harm to innocent customers.
Additionally, I want to bring to your attention that Cliqly has used multiple names and platforms to collect funds from customers, including Email Elite, Email Traffic, My Inbox Pro, and Email Elite Tomball. It's clear that they are using these different names to hide their true nature and deceive customers.
I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take immediate action to rectify the situation. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Jeannie Kohut

I began working for the Cliqly email marketing company in June of 2023, sending already generated emails and building my list of subscribers. I went through online trainings on how to navigate the online site and how to make my commissions. When you hit a $300 mark your entitled to get paid. My bank information was given for the direct deposit. Also tax info. I received an email on December 22, 2023 saying my commission was sent to my bank. I should've gotten paid the following Friday. It is now February 21, 2024 and I still have not gotten paid the commission I earned. I've contacted my bank many times and there is nothing pending for this company. I contacted my coach for Cliqly and she cannot help me, and she had not received her payments because of the missing payments she has left the company. She claims others have had this same problem. I jumped online and researched this and apparently ALOT of people aren't getting their pay, which in some instances are hundreds more dollars than mine. When I try to contact this company I get no response, when you call, you cannot reach a person. This infuriates me! I want the money that I have earned.

I was shown cliqly as a way to make extra money. They have a free start up but once you use all of the start up “credits” they make you top up and purchase more. They say the more subscribers you purchase the more you’ll make in the long run, but you also have to pay for email credits to be able to send them to your subscribers.

I purchased $193 worth of various credits and finally hit the threshold of the $300 you need to earn before they will pay you out. That was on 12/8/23 that I hit the $300 mark. I got the email stating that I qualified for a payment and that it would be in my account within 3 to 5 days. It did not show up I double checked my bank information and reached out to their “” support team with no luck six times. I have even reached out to their Facebook group and absolutely no one is returning any of my messages.

I have sent to a minimum of 4 emails both Cliqly and Conversion House Media (their payment processing company) regarding my missing commission payment that was sent to my financial institution on 12/15/2023 an per an email I received and tracking in my commission. dashboard. It has been almost a MONTH and I have not received my payment and I have NOT had any response from Cliqly or Conversion House Media to date, which I will say is very unprofessional. I spoke with the person I signed up under and she told me she is waiting on a payment from October 2023! This whole set up is a total rip off and I wish I would have noticed it from the beginning but I fell victim to all these people on social media talking about how much they were making and out of the need to make more money, I gave it a try. Not only am I out the payment that I have not received from my commission, but I am also out the money I spent to purchase mailer credits (which is how you make money). These companies have a W-9 with all my personal information and my routing and account number for my checking account.

Cliqly is run over the internet. This big President (Bobby Jones) makes very convincing videos about online marketing to make money. Basically you pay an initial $97 to join. Then I had to "buy new credits" several times after that. I paid an estimate of $300 from my bank to Cliqly for those credits. I was to be paid in Sept 2023 the amount of $322.7 and I have another $61.40 due to me. Basically, Cliqly gets paid when we send an e-mail and the recipient opens it. We would make .10 a click, I don't know what the CEO makes off us. Its a pyramid scheme. I've submitted over a dozen support tickets and they never respond. I'm considering also notifying the labor board. I just want my paycheck from them. I'm done working for them because i believe they are scam. They assigned a coach but I've gotten nowhere with that either.

I began working for the Cliqly email marketing company in September of 2023, sending already generated emails and building my list of subscribers. Cliqly refuses to pay my earned commission on 10-20-23 for $336. I've emailed both their payment email and support email several times with an automated response or zero response.

Required to invest before you meet the $300 threshold for payouts. Received one, but the 10-20-23 one was never paid.

This company is an online email marketing company where you build a list, send emails and make money when people open those emails. They claim can make $30k a month, but the threshold to get pay is $300.

This company has not paid many members since September and needs to be taken down so others do not lose out thousands to buy into this program just to not get paid.

Clliqly.com is advertised as an email marketing company that sets you up to essentially run your own email marketing business through them. It is set up so that you get a free trial with "credits" that allow you to send out a certain number of emails through their email marketing platform. You are told that you make money depending on how many times a person clicks a link in an email you've sent out through them. In order to actually be able to be paid commissions, you have to reach $300 at least, pay $97 to upgrade your account to "Cliqly Pro", and submit your banking information along with a W-9. Once the commission threshold is reached, it is promised that you are paid those commissions on the following Friday following the Sunday "close of the pay period". It states on the website that it can take 2-3 business days for commissions to be ACH transferred and show up in your bank account. I have never been paid on time. The first time I was due commissions, it reached my bank account 4 business days after the Friday payday. The second time, it took until the following Friday; then 7 business days; and now I have been waiting 12 business days (16 full days) to be paid commissions I have EARNED. The only way to get in contact with Cliqly is through email support. I have emailed [email protected] numerous times and received copy/paste replies: "Thank you for your email regarding the payment. I have sent this to my guy at Conversion House Media and he will make sure that it is taken care of." "Your payment is currently pending on our repayment list, it can take a few days to go through this list and send out these payments manually." "We apologize for any inconvenience. Your payment is still currently pending on our repayment list, it can take a few days to go through this list and send out these payments manually. Meanwhile, I have sent this to my guy at Conversion House Media and he will make sure that it is taken care of." "Your payment was re-sent on 2023-10-16 please allow 4-5 business days for this to reflect into your account. If you need anything else let me know." I am not the only one experiencing this. I have found a group of people who have/are participating with Cliqly who are experiencing the exact same thing and getting the exact same responses without getting paid.

I, too, have not received my commission payment supposedly sent using ACH on November 24. My sponsor emailed Bobby Jones and gave him my information. Bobby was supposedly “expediting” my payment to be re-sent. I still haven’t received it. I have seen reviews on Trust Pilot of people who are missing payments going back as far as September! I am so disappointed and am getting angry!

This company seems to be a valid EMail Marketing Company. They stated that they paid $301 dollars to my bank account by wire on 8/4/23. No such amount was sent to my account. Today is. 8/8/23. I have sent their support staff EMails related to this problem and other problems in the past 3 weeks. They responded that they received the Email's and would get back to me within 48 hours, but they have not responded with answers in the past 3 weeks.

The main business of the company is getting big lists of Emails by sending block Emails to large groups of people on their lists. A member pays for that list of people and then sends that list selected Emails to solicit clicks. The member then gets paid 10 cents a click.

This company does not belong to the BBB.

I paid $97 to be a CliqlyPro member. I have my bank transactions showing I paid. Cliqly never upgraded my account. You are supposed to be able to send 100,000 emails a day after paying the $97 and I can't do that with my account. Their support page shows I should be able to. When I go to purchase more pro credits it takes me to the same sign up for cliqly pro that I've already paid for. This was 7/7/2023. I have sent several emails regarding this with zero response.
