I ordered an item drom this company and it took almost 2 months to finally arrive. The item didnt fit so i tried to reach them to ask how i go about returning the item. They said it was the correct size i ordered and wouldnt refund my money. They offer a return policy but since it wasnt their fault the item didnt fit they wont refund my money. I dont understand how they can do this when the return policy says different. Please help me.

I ordered clothing from this company, I received the pair of pants, that have no buttonhole to button the pants. When trying to return the item there is basically no way to, if you dig hard enough on the website, they have a "live chat" with customer support, that is a bot, that tells you it is cheaper to keep the product because you would need to pay for shipping to return. Then they stop answering, if you try to start another chat it says the same thing, and then they stop responding to emails. I then looked them up and people have said the same thing happened to them.

After almost two months, I received my jeans which were not as advertised, had a zipper but were supposed to be pulled on, and the zipper was broken. I have constantly contacted the company, but they continually ask for more photos. Their policy states they will refund me without any hassle, but they refused to refund me and also overcharged me.

I was also overcharged $10, I filed a resolution with PayPal but wanted to share with here too. I checked with TrustPilot before ordering and was deemed a legit business but after my experience, I am seeing a lot of the same complaints.
