I ordered a couple of items from this website and was informed that the deliver estimate was 7-15 days. I was provided a tracking number and followed my package for three weeks to the date where it stated it was out for delivery. The next notification said that the delivery attempt failed due to a changed address. I never altered or changed my address but decided to check with the postal service to see if they could locate the package. Turns out, that package was never sent at all. They claimed that it was an error on my part that caused the attempt to fail and refused to refund when they never attempted to deliver a product at all. According to my research, this is a common occurrence for them but they remove negative comments from their social media so that they look like a legit business.
