After re-contacting them to advise of this issue, they initially offered to re-send the item and I keep the item I received. I responded that I wanted a full refund. Over the next few weeks of receiving fewer replies from them, they initially offered 40% refund, then eventually a 70% refund. I insisted on returning what I received and to be fully refunded. They have not replied since.
Essentially, an order is placed and paid in full. The customer receives an item worth only pennies to the dollar so they offer to refund only a portion of what you paid. The money is never refunded. In some cases they will demand you leave a verified high praise review of their company on their website and if verified, only then will they refund your funds. This is never followed through so the customer is left with having paid for something you did not order or want. This is fraud.
